skillz

so ive been totallyinto hula hooping and catching on quick. i think! i try to go out side everyday and do it for a little bit. which isnt hard. i have so much fun and its so nice out side right now. but i love the challenge and it makes me want to stay in shape and stretch again.im working on isolations right now. which, compared to the first time i tried one is wayyy better now. and i can feel all the muscles that im going to need to strenghthen to get better at stalling as well.
